MURRAY STATE UNIVERSITY TRUMPET WORKSHOP
June 13-15, 2010
Established in 1989, The Murray State Trumpet Workshop is designed to provide an intensive experience for serious trumpeters of middle and high school age. Participants will benefit from the expertise of Dr. Eric Swisher, Professor of Trumpet at Murray State University and nationally recognized artist and educator. Workshop activities will include: master classes, lecture-demonstrations, individual and group coaching, and warm-up sessions. The workshop will culminate in a recital by the participants. The goal of the workshop is to give the students the means to sustain musical growth well beyond their time on the MSU campus.
